The cottage is situated within five minutes walk of the Ardeonaig Hotel where guests can enjoy hospitality.

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 35 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of £100.00. The damage deposit is payable upon booking.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Should the government impose localised travel restrictions preventing you travelling outwith your hometown boundary or affecting the Loch Tay vicinity during the dates of your stay, guests can reschedule to another date in the future which is mutually agreeable to both parties.

Please note that Ardlodge Ltd is acting in a booking agent capacity. Under Short Term Let Licence ST00130F, the licence holder is Nina Deakin and the day to day managers are Ardlodge Ltd.
