Newly decorated in 2026, Waterfall Cottage is a luxurious cottage for two people with a newly installed private hot tub, nestled into the hills overlooking Loch Tay with a beautiful bubbling stream, waterfall and breathtaking views of Loch Tay and the surrounding scenery.

Situated just 2 miles west of the charming conservation village of Kenmore, in Highland Perthshire, this lovely semi detached cottage offers exceptionally comfortable accommodation for couples looking for a special treat.

The large king bedroom is made up with crisp white Egyptian cotton bed sheets on arrival and there's a lovely ensuite bathroom with under-floor heating and shower and bath.

The living room has a log burning stove, comfortable sofa and armchair. There is wifi, a flat screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi, plus plenty of books and DVDs. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveniences you require for your stay!

Set amidst 50 acres of private woodland and wild meadow with frontage onto the loch, the cottage is the ideal place for a romantic weekend break, a honeymoon, a mid week getaway or a longer stay and the opportunity to really chill out.

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 35 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of £100.00. The damage deposit is payable upon booking.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Should the government impose localised travel restrictions preventing you travelling outwith your hometown boundary or affecting the Loch Tay vicinity during the dates of your stay, guests can reschedule to another date in the future which is mutually agreeable to both parties.

Please note that Ardlodge Ltd is merely acting in a booking agent capacity. Under Short Term Let Licence PK11188F, the licence holder is Joseph Mitchell and the day to day managers are Ardlodge Ltd.
