Payment Policies

To secure this booking, a payment of 33% of the grand total is due within 1 day of confirmation of intention to book.

Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total, [plus a refundable damage deposit in the amount of £500.00] must be fully settled 35 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 1 days of confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Should the government impose localised travel restrictions relating to Covid-19 preventing you travelling outwith your hometown boundary or affecting the Loch Tay vicinity during the dates of your stay, guests can reschedule to another date in the future which is mutually agreeable to both parties.
