2 miles from Kenmore on the south side of Loch Tay, this is a wonderful, secluded and magical boathouse for four people perched on stilts on the waters. Equipped with private hot tub and barrel sauna to enjoy the spectacular views of the surrounding loch and mountain scenery, the property is a wonderful place to stay.

Fully underfloor heated, the property also has a gorgeous log burning stove to keep our guests warm and snug. The kitchen has a white corian work surface, Neff and SMEG appliances and all the modern conveniences you require during your visit.

The two king beds are made up with crisp white Egyptian cotton linen and lovely throws. Gowns, bath sheets, hand towels and bath mats are supplied.

Perfect for a romantic retreat, the area is plentiful in stunning wildlife, with roe deer, red squirrels, fantastic birdlife and not to forget the friendly family of ducks who come to visit!

The property also comes with fishing rights for trout from the shore of Loch Tay.

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 35 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of £100.00. The damage deposit is payable upon booking.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Should the government impose localised travel restrictions preventing you travelling outwith your hometown boundary or affecting the Loch Tay vicinity during the dates of your stay, guests can reschedule to another date in the future which is mutually agreeable to both parties.

Please note that Ardlodge Ltd is acting in a booking agent capacity. Under Short Term Let Licence PK11332F, the licence holder is Nina Deakin and the day to day managers are Ardlodge Ltd.
