Completed in 2023, this one bedroomed mid-terrace semi detached cottage is a lovely property with enclosed gardens. It is located on the south side of Loch Tay, five minutes on foot from the loch shore, where we have fishing rights for trout.

The property is kept snug with underfloor heating and after a day in the hills you can relax and unwind on the comfortable sofa and armchair, with luxurious cushions and throws to sink into. The stunning kitchen has a white corian work surface, and all the modern conveniences you require during your visit. Upstairs the bedroom is light and airy with heart stopping views of the loch and hills.

The property sleeps two guests in a fabulous sleigh bed. The large king bed is made up with crisp white Egyptian cotton bed sheets and chocolates on the pillows, the bathroom with walk in shower is nicely tucked under the eaves.

To secure this booking, a payment of 25% of the grand total is due within 1 days of confirmation of intention to book.

Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total, [plus a refundable damage deposit of £100.00] must be fully settled 35 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 1 days of confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Should the government impose localised travel restrictions relating to Covid-19 preventing you travelling outwith your hometown boundary or affecting the Loch Tay vicinity during the dates of your stay, guests can reschedule to another date in the future which is mutually agreeable to both parties.
