The Barn
The semi detached Barn is spacious and comfortable, a perfect tranquil setting for family breaks or groups of friends to relax in. The living room has lovely views up to Ben Lawers mountain and comfortable sofas which sit in front of the toasty log burning stove with a full basket of freshly cut logs from the grounds of the estate. There are two bathrooms at the Barn, one is ensuite for the master bedroom and the other is downstairs next to the living room. Guests are welcome to use the Xbox, dvds, books and wifi. There are beautiful views from the dining area and kitchen over the hot tub and patio towards the loch.
Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms, (one king, one double and one twin under the eaves of the Barn) The master bedroom offers the perfect outlook over Craggantoul with spectacular views of the beautiful wildlife and scenery.

Payment Policies
To secure this booking, a payment of 25% of the grand total is due within 1 day of confirmation of intention to book.
Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total, [plus a refundable damage deposit in the amount of £100.00] must be fully settled 35 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 1 days of confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
Should the government impose localised travel restrictions relating to Covid-19 preventing you travelling outwith your hometown boundary or affecting the Loch Tay vicinity during the dates of your stay, guests can reschedule to another date in the future which is mutually agreeable to both parties.
