Completed in the Autumn of 2020, this semi detached cottage for two people is a lovely property with hot tub and enclosed garden, located on the south side of Loch Tay, about five minutes on foot from the loch shore, where we have fishing rights for trout.

Perfect for couples looking for a getaway, this studio style semi detached property is part of a small collection of private cottages on the riverside in the grounds of the Ardeonaig Hotel on the south shores of Loch Tay, seven miles from the closest village of Killin.

The studio style living space comprising kitchen and bar area, living area and king bed, look over the patio and enclosed garden towards Loch Tay and the mountains beyond. The king bed has a memory foam mattress and is covered with Egyptian cotton linen and gowns, bath sheets and hand towels are supplied. There is a large bathroom with roll top bath and walk in shower and the property is kept snug by the underfloor heating.

The kitchen area has a lovely white corian worktop and bar where guests can eat and is fitted with all the mod cons for your stay. There is TV, wifi and a dvd player with a selection of DVDs.

Loch Tay is a five minute walk away where guests have fishing rights from the shores. One well behaved dog allowed.

Payment Policies

To secure this booking, a payment of 25% of the grand total is due within 1 days of confirmation of intention to book.

Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total, [plus a refundable damage deposit of £100.00] must be fully settled 35 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 1 days of confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Should the government impose localised travel restrictions relating to Covid-19 preventing you travelling outwith your hometown boundary or affecting the Loch Tay vicinity during the dates of your stay, guests can reschedule to another date in the future which is mutually agreeable to both parties.
