The Tractor Shed is a brand new luxury one bedroom property with private hot tub situated on the south side of Loch Tay. Completed in Summer 2019, the former tractor shed is nestled into the hillside overlooking Loch Tay and commands fantastic views of the water and the surrounding scenery.

Situated just 2 miles west of the charming conservation village of Kenmore in Highland Perthshire, this spacious detached house offers beautiful and secluded luxury accommodation for couples looking for a special treat.

The property is kept snug by underfloor heating throughout and a lovely log burning stove in the living room where there is a comfortable sofa and armchair, cushions and throws to sink into after a day on the hills.

There is wifi, a flat screen TV in the bedroom and living room, DVD player and hi-fi with blue tooth connectivity, plus plenty of books and DVDs. The kitchen has a fresh white corian work top, Smeg appliances and is equipped with all the modern conveniences you require for your stay!

The large king bedroom is made up with crisp white Egyptian cotton bed sheets on arrival and there's a very spacious bathroom with walk in shower and free standing bath.

Set amidst 50 acres of private woodland and wild meadow with frontage onto the loch, the cottage is the ideal place for a romantic weekend break, a honeymoon, a mid week getaway or a longer stay and the opportunity to really chill out.

Payment Policies

To secure this booking, a payment of 25% of the grand total is due within 1 day of confirmation of intention to book.

Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total, [plus a refundable damage deposit in the amount of £100.00] must be fully settled 35 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 1 days of confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Should the government impose localised travel restrictions relating to Covid-19 preventing you travelling outwith your hometown boundary or affecting the Loch Tay vicinity during the dates of your stay, guests can reschedule to another date in the future which is mutually agreeable to both parties.
