Garth Cottage is a lovely, luxuriously appointed Scottish larch and stone clad holiday cottage for two people located on the banks of the river Lochay on the outskirts of Killin in the Highlands of Scotland - the perfect bolt hole for a getaway!

With river views to enjoy from the hot tub on the decking in front of the semi detached cottage, Garth Cottage has been furnished luxuriously and is kept warm with cosy underfloor heating for holiday guests to enjoy.

The cottage has a lovely spacious bedroom with oak king sized bed and memory foam mattress, and has an ensuite bathroom with bath and walk in power shower. There is an open plan kitchen with all the modern conveniences, and a cosy living, dining area with views over the river. Outside, there is a wooden decking area with a bubbling hot tub where guests can relax.

Beautifully designed with lovely furnishings, the cottage offers all the modern conveniences for a comfortable stay, including wifi, TVs and dvds and stereo.

The cottage itself is located conveniently close to the Killin golf course and the village inn which offers discounts to our guests, and also to the local amenities of the village, with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

To secure this booking, a payment of 25% of the grand total is due within 1 day of confirmation of intention to book.

Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total, [plus a refundable damage deposit in the amount of £100.00] must be fully settled 35 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 1 days of confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Should the government impose localised travel restrictions relating to Covid-19 preventing you travelling outwith your hometown boundary or affecting the Loch Tay vicinity during the dates of your stay, guests can reschedule to another date in the future which is mutually agreeable to both parties.
