The Warren

The Warren is one of our most adventurous architectural holiday houses yet - a luxurious underground cave house! Located in a secluded hillside nook at Craggantoul, it is built in true hobbit style with oodles of character, set into the hill with hillside roof, huge circular porthole windows and magnificent curved doors!

Guests park in a parking area for two cars and access the underground house over a little wooden bridge arching across a bubbling stream. The Warren has a private hot tub outside set into the spacious patio overlooking the river pond and private garden.

The limestone flooring inside the Warren is kept warm and toasty by underfloor heating throughout and the house has two spacious and luxurious king ensuite bedrooms, each with Egyptian cotton bed linen covering the king beds, bedroom TVs and DVD players. Both bathrooms have luxury Porcelanosa bathroom fittings; each have lovely walk in showers and there is also a free standing bath in one of the bathrooms as well.

The white gloss kitchen is carved into the wall with beautiful corian worktop. The spacious open plan living and dining area offers all the modern conveniences, and guests can relax here and enjoy the views at the end of the day in the mountains!

To secure this booking, a payment of 25% of the grand total is due within 1 day of confirmation of intention to book.

Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total, [plus a refundable damage deposit in the amount of £100.00] must be fully settled 35 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 1 days of confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Should the government impose localised travel restrictions relating to Covid-19 preventing you travelling outwith your hometown boundary or affecting the Loch Tay vicinity during the dates of your stay, guests can reschedule to another date in the future which is mutually agreeable to both parties.
