Completed in the Autumn of 2020, this private one bedroom semi detached cottage is a lovely property with private hot tub and enclosed garden, perched at the edge of the Ardeonaig burn which flows down to Loch Tay.

Perfect for couples looking for a nice getaway, the property is part of a small collection of private cottages on the riverside on the south shores of Loch Tay, seven miles from the closest village of Killin. It has a lovely bedroom with original ceiling beam and views over the bubbling river and the king bed has a memory foam mattress and is covered with Egyptian cotton linen and gowns, bath sheets and hand towels are supplied. There is a very spacious bathroom with roll top bath and walk in shower and the property is kept snug by the underfloor heating.

The kitchen area has a lovely corian worktop and is fitted with all the mod cons including Smeg appliances for your stay. The living and dining area is comfortably furnished and has views over the garden. There is TV, wifi and a dvd player with a selection of DVDs.

Loch Tay is a five minute walk away where guests have fishing rights from the shores. 1 well behaved dog welcome.

Tucked away close to the bubbling Ardeonaig burn with beautiful views, this cottage is perfect for couples looking for a cosy retreat!

To secure this booking, a payment of 25% of the grand total is due within 1 days of confirmation of intention to book.

Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total, [plus a refundable damage deposit of £100.00] must be fully settled 35 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 1 days of confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Should the government impose localised travel restrictions relating to Covid-19 preventing you travelling outwith your hometown boundary or affecting the Loch Tay vicinity during the dates of your stay, guests can reschedule to another date in the future which is mutually agreeable to both parties.
